Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging (including Bags and Rod Tubes for rod purchases)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
To protect all anglers, these items cannot be returned:
- Fly Tying Materials (Feathers and Saddles, Hair, Flash and Streamer Materials)
- Consumables (Glue, UV and Wax, Foam and Rubber Legs)
- Personalized or custom items
- Opened Fly Tying Kits

Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and shipping instructions. Please:
- Securely package items (use original packaging when possible)
- Include all original tags and documentation
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package

Step 3: Refund or Exchange Processing
We process returns within 3 business days of receiving your package.
Refund Information
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing (depending on your financial institution)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item via your preferred shipping method once the return is processed
International Returns
For customers outside the US returning ALFA Reels or Euro Flies Fly Lines:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service (DHL/FedEx)
- Refunds will be issued in USD at the current exchange rate
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Abel Reels or other products arrive damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange a free replacement or return label
