We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your Abel Reels, Fishpond Bags, or other gear ships.

    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Recommended for time-sensitive orders
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Great for non-urgent orders and bulk purchases of Fly Tying Materials

International Shipping

We ship globally (with some regional exceptions). International customers should note:

  • Customs fees or import taxes may apply (customer responsibility)
  • Delivery times may vary based on local customs processing
  • For returns of ALFA Reels or Euro Flies Fly Lines, customers bear return shipping costs

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We stand behind our premium fishing equipment with a straightforward 15-day return policy. If your gear doesn’t meet expectations, we’ll make it right.

Return Eligibility

  • 15-day window from delivery date
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Rod returns must include original Bags and Rod Tubes

Non-Returnable Items

To protect all anglers, these items cannot be returned:

  • Fly Tying Materials: Feathers and Saddles, Hair, Flash and Streamer Materials
  • Consumables: Glue, UV and Wax, Foam and Rubber Legs
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Opened Fly Tying Kits

Step 2: Package & Ship

After approval, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions. Please:

  • Use original packaging when possible
  • Include all tags and documentation
  • Write the RMA number clearly on the package

Step 3: Refund or Exchange

We process returns within 3 business days of receipt.

Refund Information

  • Issued to original payment method
  • Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Original shipping fees non-refundable (unless our error)
  • Exchanges shipped via your preferred method after return processing
  • International refunds issued in USD at current exchange rate

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Abel Reels or other products arrive damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of damage and packaging
  • We’ll arrange free replacement or return label
