- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Great for non-urgent orders and bulk purchases of Fly Tying Materials
International Shipping
We ship globally (with some regional exceptions). International customers should note:
- Customs fees or import taxes may apply (customer responsibility)
- Delivery times may vary based on local customs processing
- For returns of ALFA Reels or Euro Flies Fly Lines, customers bear return shipping costs

Return Eligibility
- 15-day window from delivery date
- Items must be unused, in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
- Rod returns must include original Bags and Rod Tubes
Non-Returnable Items
To protect all anglers, these items cannot be returned:
- Fly Tying Materials: Feathers and Saddles, Hair, Flash and Streamer Materials
- Consumables: Glue, UV and Wax, Foam and Rubber Legs
- Personalized or custom items

Step 2: Package & Ship
After approval, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions. Please:
- Use original packaging when possible
- Include all tags and documentation
- Write the RMA number clearly on the package

Refund Information
- Issued to original payment method
- Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
- Original shipping fees non-refundable (unless our error)

- International refunds issued in USD at current exchange rate
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Abel Reels or other products arrive damaged:

- Include photos of damage and packaging
